After a successful maiden launch in March 2014, pulling in guests from across the globe, attracting women of class and high repute, we are even more expectant this time. We have made provision for over 1000 guests, 50 exhibitors, 20 models, 10 fashion designers . This year our dreams are big and very high profile dignitaries already confirming there attendance. This year, the power is totally in the hands of the public to nominate who they think is worthy of the awards. The public have the opportunity to nominate high performing women they deem worthy of the prestigious global award. Eligibility: The award is open to women of colour of Asian and African descent at home and in the Diaspora worldwide.
From the age of 14, women of worth, achievers, entrepreneurs, creatively talented women, writers, presenters, dancers, career women. You can be nominated or nominate yourself . Also this year, there will be an award for brands that serve the needs of women of colour. All exhibitors on this year’s event automatically are entered for the Diva brand of the year. However, brands that do not wish to exhibit, but would like to enter for the award are advised to contact us . Our chosen Charity this year is Depression Alliance as we will be raising funds and awareness into the menace of Depression and mental health as they are still seen as a taboo within the Black communities. 10% of every revenue from this year’s event will be donated to the charity along side other awareness campaigns we will lead for them through the year.
