Paulette Harris-German aka ‘Lady Paulette’, is an accomplished all rounder.

•A Producer, Actor, TV/Radio Presenter and sought after Live Event Host, Motivational Speaker, she is also a Producer of Film, TV & Radio.

•Paulette has a passion for working with lone parents, especially single mums.

LONE PARENT ACTIVIST/SUPPORTER

•As a lone parent mother of now adult children, two adult sons and foster daughter, Paulette was shortlisted in the ‘Inspirational Parent’ category of the UK Governments Child Poverty Awards in 2011, for her community work with single parents and children.

•Paulette developed the ‘Motivate & Aspire’ Empowerment days, which she began during her time as a Lone Parent Outreach Advisor at Work Directions (now Ingeus), and the Job Centre Plus. During her time at these organisations, it became clear to Paulette, a graduate of the ‘Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University’, that a large number of single mothers in particular were in no way ready emotionally and psychologically ready to enter the workforce in a meaningful and sustainable manner. As such drawing on her personal development and NLP training, along with the support of Work Directions, she set up empowerment days for these women. Here Paulette partnered with the Children Centre’s in the London Borough of Brent, along with her contacts in the media and entertainment industry (who provided items for the free ‘goody bag’ for the delegates.

•The women were given the space to celebrate their achievements as individuals and to re-frame some of the what could be deemed negative aspects of their experiences and to see how their roles and skills used in mothering could be transferred to the workplace. As a result, Paulette was directly instrumental in supporting many of these women into long term viable work/careers.
