It’s a known fact that no man is an island. As a small business, building a network of effective collaborators is a simple and sure way to building a successful business.
Successful collaboration requires an open exchange of ideas, embracing diversity of attitudes, values, assumptions, beliefs and building effective communication system.
This engaging session will demonstrate specific ways collaborate. How to spot collaborative opportunities , discovering ways to use differences to strength and encourage the communication of fresh and different views.
At the end of the session, delegates are expected to identify potential collaborators, be able to identify the need for collaboration and what areas they need to collaborate with others in their business.
-Delegates will also understand how to make collaborator offers, and negotiate for their good.
-Will know the difference between partnership and collaboration.
-Know when, how and length of time to collaborate.
